01. The 30-day guarantee

Every Trocador extractor ships with a 30-day money-back guarantee starting on delivery day. Run it through a real oil change — if it doesn't perform, we'll take it back.

02. What qualifies

• Return requested within 30 days of delivery.
• No damage caused after the unit arrived.
• Included pipes, clamps and wiring returned where possible.

Units already used for an oil change still qualify — this is a performance guarantee, not a "like-new only" clause.

03. Starting a return

Email your order number and return instructions land in your inbox within one business day. No forms, no restocking fee.

04. Refund timing

Once the carrier scans your return, a full refund goes to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may need a couple extra days to post it.

05. Damaged or wrong items

If your Trocador arrives cracked, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, send a photo within 14 days — a free replacement ships right away, no return required in most cases.
